Entering the enormous mountainous zone in the centre of Asia, crossed by the great mountain range of the Himalayas, there is a series of mysterious and disquieting legends. The Yeti, the valley of Eternal Youth and the monastery where Universal Culture is kept are only a small part of the stories that are going the round.

One of these legends, perhaps the less known, talks about a peculiar country that existed hundreds of years ago. It was a vast valley completely surrounded by highest mountains, that contained a permanent cloud layer. Over this layer there were mountainous masses that excelled forming plateaus, valleys, rivers and an enormous lake. Some peaks that arose isolated looked like islands in the middle of a cottony and white sea. Its climate was not the glacial cold that corresponded to so high level, but warm and pleasant, without doubt regulated by the exceptional geologic configuration.

In this country of the heights bloomed a civilisation that had a surprising particularity: their inhabitants moved mounted in flying dragons. It seems to be that the freezing that motivated the disappearance of dinosaurs in the Earth did not affect this closed valley and flying reptiles evolved towards more perfect forms, being finally domesticated by the settlers of the country. These reptiles must have been presumably seen in different parts of the planet, rising medieval legends and numberless popular stories as much in East as in the West.

The inhabitants of the Country of Permanent Clouds had followed a parallel development in what respects to the rest of the terrestrial civilisations, and towards year one thousand of our Era is when we should locate the adventures of our hero, a fortune soldier known as ” the Mercenary “.

Wiki--A comic book or comicbook, also called comic paper or comic magazine (often shortened to simply comic or comics) is a magazine made up of "comics"—narrative artwork in the form of separate panels that represent individual scenes, often accompanied by dialog (usually in word balloons, emblematic of the comic book art form) as well as including brief descriptive prose. The first comic book appeared in the United States in 1933, reprinting the earlier newspaper comic strips, which established many of the story-telling devices used in comics. The term "comic book" arose because the first comic books reprinted humor comic strips. Despite their name, comic books are not necessarily humorous in tone; modern comic books tell stories in a variety of genres.
